Ever loved someone very much and wondered why they don’t seem to care?
Ever whispered something to someone, and wondered why they don’t seem to hear?

Well my friend,
you did not realize,
that love is like a pesticide….

Think about it… how does pesticide work?
You have to have the right amount of dose sprinkled all over for it to be effective…

Concentrate it too much, it would not work
Dilute it too much, it would not work either
Overuse it, and pests would get used to it, and develop immunity, it would not work
Under-use it, its not effective enough, umm, it would not work!!!

My take on it…

Sprinkle it, but know how much is too much!

So much for so little :)

Love for me was never a single word… or a single feeling, rather I personally felt that there is nothing that can define love easily…It is more of a convinient way of saying many things in one word…

Feelings that talk about

Assurance
Presence
Comfort
Satisfaction
Smiles
Anger
Discomfort
Relaxation
Togetherness
Indivuality
Respect

and many many more that I have not written here…

so next time you hear someone telling you that (s)he loves you, don’t just hear one word, hear a lot of them together…

And every time you tell someone that you love him/her, don’t just say one word, say many 🙂

 

This day of the year…

Reasons to be happy if you are single…
  • You have a free evening…
  • You don’t have to go through the pain of selecting just the right gift which does not look like a cute white teddy bear with a heart on it or a box of chocolates which is in a heart shaped box or something which is not colored red
  • You will not shell out twice even thrice the money for Roses that suddenly become very important…
  • You will not be sitting in a restaurant and feel like being in the sea of couples some of them are happy, some of which just there, some which are only looking at others’ properties
  • You don’t have to do something if you don’t want it, and because the world does it
  • You will not be thinking, wish I was single again 🙂
Reason to be happy if you are a couple…
  • You got another day together…
  • You can finally spend sometime thinking about how to express (unless you are too lazy and end up buying a few roses, a teddy, a box of chocolates and the loads of other things which are more common than air)
  • You don’t have to through the thoughts about why you are still single
  • You are not looking at every girl/boy/woman/man who is walking alone hoping that he/she looks at you and there is a chemistry that builds up right there and then

Why is it that we need a specific day to celebrate affection ( i am choosing not to call it love, because I personally feel that its a word, not just any word, but still a word which is the results of hundreds of other emotions)… so coming back to my thought… why do we need one day?

Men always hope they will get laid… does not matter if its valentine’s day or not… only on valentine’s day they feel that every other women they are going to see is hunting for a guy !!!

Women always don’t want to get laid only because its a specific day… ok almost always !!!

This day the earth or the air or the mountains or the stars are at no specific position which would increase the feeling of being loved or love someone more ( ok ok… i used that word; did not know what would fit better there)

At the end of the day…
its the Rose dealers, chocolate companies, restaurants etc etc which take away the love that you have showering on your guy/girl only because its the 14th of Feb…

I someone is really special to me, I rather make them feel special every morning when they wake up…
and every evening when they call it a day…

Also I have a plan… when my Chai ki Dukan opens in its real form… on valentine’s day the entry of couples ( like only two people who are madly in love) would be banned…

Parents
Grandparents
Kids

and I will assure you one of the best days at the Chai Ki Dukaan…


Also keeping in mind the chichora guy I am… I would not be surprised if the song list of the day includes…

ok.. so coming back to the point…

enjoy your day… make someone feel special today… and make sure you make them feel special tomorrow, and day after tomorrow, and day after day after tomorrow, and the next Sunday… and the next Monday and Thursday as well…

Do that !!! its IMPORTANT… more important that you know it is…

My Friend Speaks…

A friend of mine wanted to speak something… take it out of his system… and did not want to it on his blog…so the next best stop was “चाय की दूकान“… at least i am hoping that it is that way 🙂

What follows is his post… and you may want to share your thoughts, opinions etc etc on it… and I will leave it to him to read and react…

“there is a strength in some emotions [or state of mind] that surpasses the face masks that you put on your faces and make themselves visible with an inexcusable brazeness. and yesterday a visit to PVR confirmed my faith in strength that one of these emotions called love has. although it might be a mis-read [given the quality of good photographers and talented make-up artists] but kareena in that poster had a face that had beauty and grace which being in love and made humble by it only could bring. there was this calm on her face, which revolves around pain, that was accentuated by the urge to suppress the turmoil inside. there were words in those eyes that could pierce hearts to core.

i guess love only could bend you and still don’t let you feel ashamed about it. or maybe the unfairness of it all makes you a pitied person in your own eyes.”

I also have something to say about what he wrote in the last line… but I guess I will keep it for future and not write it now…
