Complaint filed with TIO today about Vodafone Australia’s response
I filed a complaint with Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman today, and detailed out how Vodafone Australia responded to a fraud report that I had submitted last week. If I relate Vodafone’s response to a different situation, if someone else had a key to my house and used that to enter, it would not be considered a theft.. and Vodafone Police cannot do anything about it..
